Contact Import is now available in Active Intelligence.
Active Intelligence can now prepare your contact imports by analyzing an uploaded contact file, suggesting lists and tags, mapping columns to existing contact fields, and recommending new fields when needed — all before the import starts.
Upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file and Active Intelligence analyzes it before any contacts are imported. You review and confirm every recommendation before the import begins, so your contacts arrive in a cleaner, campaign-ready state from day one.

Good to know
Only admin users and users with import permissions can import contacts with Active Intelligence. Available on all plans.
Each contact in the file must have a unique email address or phone number, or it will be skipped.
