Update on the use of AI-generated emails in trial accounts
Starting July 7, 2025, trial accounts will no longer be able to send AI-generated emails. However, users will still have full access to the email editor and will be able to:
Use AI tools to generate email content.
Preview that content within the editor.
Adjust and edit the generated content before sending.
To send AI-generated emails, users will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
What features does this update affect?
Campaign that includes AI-generated content.
Automations that contain AI-generated emails within the flow.
What will a trial user experience?
If a user attempts to send an AI-generated email from a trial account:
They will see a clear notification within the platform indicating that this feature is only available on upgraded accounts.
The message will include a simple explanation of the restriction and the steps needed to upgrade and enable sending.
