WhatsApp Messaging is now available as a paid add-on for ActiveCampaign. Connect a WhatsApp number directly to your account, send pre-approved templates, and run two-way conversations and chatbot flows from inside ActiveCampaign, alongside your email marketing.

 

The add-on includes a Shared Inbox for your team, Messaging Flows for outbound broadcasts and inbound chatbots, and native Automation actions so contacts can move seamlessly between WhatsApp, email, and CRM workflows.

About WhatsApp Messaging plans

The WhatsApp Messaging add-on is available on the Plus, Professional, and Enterprise ActiveCampaign plans, in three tiers:

  • Core
    3 account users, 2 WhatsApp lines, and message credits up to 25× your contact limit.

  • Advanced
    5 account users, 5 WhatsApp lines, and message credits up to 50× your contact limit.

  • Premium
    8 account users, 5 WhatsApp lines, and message credits up to 100× your contact limit.

 

Within any tier, you can purchase extra message credits, additional WhatsApp lines, or more user seats as your business grows.

 

Note: WhatsApp messages are sent using the message credits purchased with the add-on.
